For more than a decade, I have worked alongside low-income immigrants and people of color on the frontlines of movements for economic justice, housing, civil rights, education, and immigrants’ rights. I have been an attorney, manager and director in non-profit organizations and have run my own social enterprise.
I’ve seen time and again that those working so hard to do good in the world are often themselves suffering in work environments that do not reflect the stated values of the organization or their personal values.
It does not have to be this way.
You deserve to feel good while doing good.
I believe we can have healthy workplaces where we feel fulfilled and content, seen and valued. When we do we can reach our full creative and innovative potential in a way that honors our humanity and best serves the community and the work.
I approach this work in a highly personalized way, tailoring my approach to meet your needs in a way that celebrates your unique gifts and recognizes that you already have the wisdom and knowledge to meet your goals, but sometimes need a little assistance and support in unlocking that potential.
A dear mentor and client describes me as a doula for movements and organizations. We can all benefit from heartfelt support and hard-earned expertise as we seek to grow, evolve, and transform ourselves for these times.
This is the mission I’m called to fulfill, and I offer my support to you.
